Holiday Itinerary

Day 1 We leave from your local pick-up point and head north. Stopping for refreshments on the way, across the border into Scotland for our overnight stay.

Day 2 West Highlands & To Skye: Begin your journey along the picturesque shores of Loch Lomond, then venture through Glen Coe, known as the Weeping Glen, and continue along the Great Glen, where you'll be treated to breath taking loch and mountain vistas. Make a stop at the iconic Eileen Donan Castle before reaching your Skye hotel for two nights.

Day 3 Isle of Skye: Discover the rich history and stunning landscapes of Skye, visiting landmarks like the capital, Portree and Dunvagen Castle, the ancestral home of the Macleod Clan. Take in the dramatic coastal views of the Cullins as you explore the island with an experienced guide.

Day 4 Via Gairloch to Ullapool: From Skye head northwards to the vast region of Wester Ross. Along the shores of Loch Maree, regarded as one of Scotland's bonniest lochs. Time free to take in the Highland air in Gairloch with its pretty harbour before continuing to Ullapool where the next night will be spent.

Day 5 Caithness & Sutherland on Route 500: Experience the rugged beauty of Caithness and Sutherland along the North Coast 500, featuring dramatic cliffs, serene lochs and pristine beaches. Enjoy lunch at Smoo Cave Hotel in Durness before arriving in Thurso for a two-night stay.

Day 6 John o Groats and Distillery: Explore the historic Castle of Mey, once a retreat for Queen Elizabeth and the Queen Mother and indulge in a whisky tasting experience at Wilfburn Distillery. If time permits, we stop at John o Groats for some memorable photos.

Day 7 Inverness & Pitlochry: Drive along the coastal road, passing through historical sites like Helmsdale and Brora and capturing photos of Dunrobin Castle. Enjoy free time in the Highland Capital of Inverness before continuing through the picturesque Spey Valley and Drumochter Pass. Spend your final night near Perth.
