Malvern Spring Gardening Show

Many of Britain’s flowers shows are real institutions, with a prolific history and an important place in the gardener’s calendar. We are please to offer this show with visits to other gardens and castles in the same area for your enjoyment. Plenty to see on this tour for everyone.
Day 1 We leave Chelmsford at 7.00am depending on your local pick up point and make our way via Burford and Stow-on-the-Wold to Sudeley Castle Gardens (admission to the House is to be paid as an extra). The gardens grounds and any exhibitions are all available for us to visit. The Pheasantry, gift shop and coffee shop where we can lunch are all available to us. After our visit we make our way to the hotel for the next 4 nights.
Day 2 Today we drive north to Hidcote Manor N.T. Garden. This garden is famous for its rare shrubs, trees and unusual plant species from all over the world, it consist of a series of outdoor rooms each with a different character and peaking at different times of the year. An opportunity to have lunch here in the lovely conservatory café before we travel the short distance to Mill Dene Garden. We spend a short time here and return back to our hotel for the evening.
Day 3 We start the day by making a visit to the Slimbridge Wildfowl and Wetland Centre. Time to view the birds before visiting the beautiful Cotswold town of Painswick where our next garden is situated. Painswick Rococo Garden, the only complete gardens of its style in England they include winding woodland walks, the creators included features that were both flamboyant and frivolous. The buildings are of unusual architectural styles to be used as both eye catchers and viewpoints.
Day 4 The highlight of the week is our visit to the 25th Malvern Spring Gardening Show. The first national RHS flower Show of the year, this show offers innovative, inspirational and creative ideas from stunning show gardens to colourful fashion catwalks, the event is full of exciting features to help indulge your passion for all things green. Whether you are an avid gardener or simply want to brighten your own outdoor space this show has everything you need.
Day 5 We return after breakfast with a stop in the Cotswolds at Burton on the Water. We arrive in Chelmsford about 7.00pm.

It is a modern hotel in a two-storey property. The hotel has a lovely restaurant and a bar/lounge. All rooms en-suite with tea/coffee makers TV Hair dryer, and air conditioning. There is no lift at this hotel.
